Face Recognition Mode makes taking beautiful pictures easy

Face Recognition Mode ON F5.2 1/52 ISO:100 (200mm)

Face Recognition Mode automatically identifies faces in a scene, brings them into clear focus and corrects exposure while adjusting for optimal white balance.
Face Recognition Mode automatically adjusts to optimal settings even when a face is not in the center of the frame and can capture up to four faces in a single shot.

Face Recognition Mode is not guaranteed to work in all photographic conditions.

CCD shift hand vibration correction

When hand shake is detected the CCD moves to counterbalance the shake. An improved controlling algorithm reduces the hand shake that tends to occur when taking telephoto, macro, and other shots.

*		Photo simulates effectiveness of Vibration Correction that varies depending on shooting conditions.
*		Vibration correction is not guaranteed to work in all photographic conditions.

Amazing 1cm macro & 25cm tele macro

Photograph a subject as clsoe as 1cm with the lens at its widest angle* and up to 25cm in tele macro. Take long distance shots (200mm) without blurry backgrounds and achieve photos with the same rich expression that you intended. For macro shots, you can use AF Target Selection to focus without moving the camera.
